Directions to the Resort
Del Lago Conference Center is now under new management and is in the process of being renamed. Del Lago Boulevard will be renamed soon and the name is yet to be determined, so once you get on Walden Road simply go the 2.4 miles and turn right where all the new construction is on the right. We will post the street name as soon as it is known.
Please Pardon Our Construction
In order to serve you better we are in th early stages of construction of a new office. While we make every effort to minimize the noise and inconvenience we must make some restrictions on movement around our property during this time. Please bear with us during this time.
Nearby Amenities
Many of the amenities indicated as "Nearby" on your confirmation are located at the nearby Del Lago Golf Resort. Unfortunately, Del Lago Golf Resort is undergoing major renovations and the golf course and health club is presently closed. We applogize for any inconfenience this may cause.
Check-in Times
You will be able to check-in on the date on your confirmation from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm. The office hours all other business days is 9:00 am. until 5:00 pm. If you must arrive late you must call the resort not more than 48 hours in advance to make arrangements. If you arrive late and fail to call ahead you will not have accomodations until the next business day.
The office is closed on Sundays. We do not accept arrivals on Sunday.
Lake Access
We are situated approximately 100 yards from the lake and have no private access for our guests. We suggest that you use the county park or local marinas for lake access.
Handicap Units
We do not have handicap units available. All of our units are two level units with all bedrooms and bathrooms on the second level. If you have any trouble getting up and down stairs we suggest you specifically tell RCI you need a unit on one level.
Non-smoking Units
We do not offer non-smoking units. While we discourage smoking in the units we cannot guarantee that the previous guest did not smoke in the unit.
Marina Facilities
For all marina needs we recommend that you visit April Plaza Marina. April Plaza Marina offers daily boat slip rentals for $10 per night. Launch fee is $5.00
